The easy ice coffee making method you want to know
With the extraordinarily hot summer, it is understandable when one starts to fancy an iced coffee instead of a regular one. That is what happened to me this year. Unfortunately, most of the cafeterias were too slow to add this item to their menu and those who did asked an enormous price. Naturally, I tried to find a way for making ice coffee at home, but how do you do that without any special equipment? I didn´t have a coffee machine or even milk foamer. Making ice coffee is much easier than you would guess! I normally don´t share recipes on my blog but this is more like a life hack, I guess. So, what do you need: Good ground coffee (I use Lavazza) Stovetop espresso pot (the one that Italians use) 100 ml Latte or Cappucino milk. This is a MUST HAVE. With regular milk, coffee creamer or plant-based milk substitute you will never get that perfect foam.
